Kinda surprised myself, actually. Flat bench press, 10 reps, pair of 90’s. Last two were a struggle. Know what the toughest part was, though? Puttin’ the freakin things back on the rack! HS!

hah!! that’s awesome!!! i don’t know if you’ve heard this before…but i started breathing differently and it really helps get past that sticking point on the last few reps….enstead of just breathing out on the exertion…i hold my breath until i get to the sticking point then i exhale forcefully….
