….OK, now it’s getting serious

Started "Free Weight" and Nautilus with a Personal Trainer today at a local Fitness Center.  I decided that Home Pilates with a couple of "dumb bells" wasn’t going to do anything for me anymore.   My trainer was very encouraged and happy to see the "base" that Pilates has given me.  To quote him:"…I’m going to have fun with you." :shock:

So…here I go.

Routine consists of:

Daily 30 minute work-out session with Pilates and dumbells.  Concentrating on building biceps, back traps/lats and front pecs.

Over the past year have lost 25 lbs (my choice) as an effort to "slim and trim".  Wish to replace lost body fat with noticeable muscle build.

My weight stats are "going the wrong way" at the moment.  I’ve increased my "dumbell" pumps and reps creating more of a workout.  So I suspect I need more "intake"…better go to the grocery store this weekend.
