Fast Approaching Goal Weight!!!
I’m only 3 lbs to goal and it’s getting very hard. I’m feeling the need to step it up and incorporate a serious weight training program. So, I’m going to start interviewing personal trainers. I think having one will help me to push through my fears and get to the next level (final frontier in fabulousness). I’ve been riding the fence and trying a routine here and there…but nothing concrete and regular. It’s pissing me off…so I’ve gotta take control of this fear and just DO IT.

Great attitude and commitment, Joyce. No doubt you’ll be more fine and more fantastic at month’s end. Stay motivated…the hater’s only win when you stop.
