So its been a month!!!
Tuesday, April 29th, 2008So its been a month now since I’ve been back. The funny thing is, the place where I am at now as far as strength wise….. I thought I would be 4 weeks ago. So I’m just now getting some of my strength back. Overall I think I did ok for my first month. I wasn’t very strict on my diet but it helped me actually stay on the diet. I’ve lost about 14lbs overall so thats good I guess. It depends on how much muscle I’ve lost. I’m going to check my bf% in another month to see how its going. I really want to cut out all the reps in my workout and just start lifting heavy. But this is something different for me so I think I’m going to stick it out. Hopefully I’ll begin to see more cuts.
