This friday will mark the last 5×5 to be done in this training session, 330. and next friday I max for 440. wish me luck, I know I’m going to smash this mark, I really want to be at 500 by april 2008 I know I can get it!

well, I got my new powerbelt yesterday, I can’t wait to try it out on friday, I’ve been having some back pain from using improper fitting belts, perhaps when I was sick and missed four days I got sorta weak. doesn’t matter as long as it heals up I can finish where I left off. I should have maxed 440 alreadym sucks bad getting sick in the middle of a training cycle! well all I’ve got for now thanks for reading!

a year a go I was 263 I was drunk all the time. I was a dick to people I hated who I saw in the mirror which would only make me drink more. I noticed my wife was losing weight and didn’t know why, now I do, she waas cheating on me with a guy from new york that she met through a game called everquest which is a bad game if you are way overweight a drunk and and a jerk. well I don’t blame her. I was out of my mind, ofcourse when ya drink like that from morning to night you tend to go a bit crazy, I would have big time rage, hate, and resentment of everything, I got a DUI in 2004 I was drinking alot before then but not as bad as I was after I got that DUI which was also my fault.. anyway may 26 she came home early from work I was already into a good drunk, I saw her dad right behind her and I thought this isn’t good , she said I’m leaving you, I’m freaking out at this point, anyway she got her stuff left, I stayed up all night drank the rest of my stuff called my mom, that morning she came to get me, since the 27th was tainted my first sober day is may 28th 2006.. I really don’t think I was ever supposed to be that heavy because the week that I got off the bottle I lost 10lbs. I never ever thought I would go as far as working for a gym losing over 85lbs about 13 pants sizes. lifting 400lbs feeling very very good about me loving me for me and well being happy and sober I owe alot to god. the one person that called me fat my ex-wife for leaving me , and most of all my loving mother for never giving up on me. I tell you what she looks at me sometimes like, (who is this guy) I was that big of an a$$hole. I have mended hurt friendships. got my lisence back, the paster of my church even gave me a car. a nice one too at that 91 eclipse gs and it’s in super shape. if you’d seen me before or known me before you would have never givin me the time of day.. I lifted some at home growning up I wrestled in middle school track n field in highschool and I would play hockey, ride bmx , skate board, rollorblade, swim, jump . hop. laugh, I could have gone pro bmx I was awesome, I’ll tell you what happened, I got my lisence, LOL strted gaining weight, which my wife would say you filled out, well I didn’t like it I was skinnyfat. sometime I’m going to scan some photos and get them on here, anyway it’s a tidbit of what led to lifting…. thanks for reading! =)

I started lifting seriously in oct 2006, I started dead lifting 6 months later, I tore my back up lifting incorrectly w/o a powerbelt of anykind on, at that time I was training only 3 days a week, now I go to the gym almost everyday, I also work there and have a part time job , but I don’t get cash or anything for the cleaning I do at the gym I do however get my membership free, anyway back to my building story , I tore my back up and was out for oh say maybe about 2 months or something from doing deads instead I did more hyperextensions than anyone in the gym make the effected portion of my back stronger, I did that for what seemed like ever , when I did start back up I was in only the hundreds that was heavy for me but soon I felt I wasn’t pushing myself enough when I was doing 3 sets of nearly 200. soon after this though I was further feeling that I wasn’t pushing enough still and just threw some weight on there it was 250 .. felt heavy, and it hurt, (in the good way though) the way you know your going to grow and prosper from, so I could go on and on, 2 months ago I MAX deadlifted for 405, I have a vid from my cell doing the lift i’ll try to upload here, now just 2 weeks off and I’m maxxing again for 440, the problem is I don’t have a power belt that fits me anymore and this coming friday is 330 5×5 plus the warmup. I should be ok… I just hope steve the owner of the gym gets to ordering the new belts soon, I mean hell the guy is going to make a 50% markup profit off it, these go fo like 30$ he’s charging me 65$…….. well anyway wish me luck on the lift, oh, that first training session I was on something called H4… seemed to help alot, I tossed on 10lbs of lean full muscle.
