depression
Anyone ever get depressed and not have any ambition to get to the gym!? I get that way sometimes. but maybe it’s me needing a break? Maybe burned out and need a week off! Ya wouldn’t think that would hurt anything infact it may help. got a few things on my mind lately and I know it’s effecting my concentration at the gym and my workouts but how does one over come this?? > Bambam<

I get like that sometimes - but the feelings are transient and before you know it you’re back at the gym. I wouldn’t worry too much unless it’s for a considerable length of time (like, a couple weeks or so). I hope your outside stuff gets sorted out soon!
