Starting to see some progress!
I had a great upper body workout this morning. It is nice that I am starting to see good results. My lifting weights are increasing. I am also starting to increase in muscle size and definition.
I need to increase the regularity of my cardio workouts. I have been a slacker in this area.
I have always been skinny and have had a problem gaining weight…which means I have never paid attention to what I eat. I just eat everything. Being skinny does not mean you are eating healthy. I need to watch what I eat to cut out the fats, processed sugars, cholesteral, etc.
Thanks to all those dedicated people on this site. You all give me determination and motivation to improve.
