I’m no expert but I’d say Yes. Unless of course you have to be in bed at 5 or 6pm because you have very early starts. My last meal is around 6.30 - 7.00pm and sometimes I’m still hugry before I got to bed (around 9 - 9.30) then i will have some low calorie jelly to satisfy me.
Hope you find what you are after. Good luck!

What time do you go to sleep/wake up? Going without food for too long does not sound to healthy. Does your last meal have some complex carbs?

I myself always try to not go over 8 hours without food when it comes between last meal before bed and waking up.

yep. lonnng time of fasting state it sounds to me. unless of course you are going to bed crazy early. remem in the fasting state your body is prob eating muscle! try and get at least a casein protein drink in 1hr b4 bed. or some cheese

The time limit I’ve used for working out and eating is about 4 hours… I always have a protein shake right after working out, and then a small portioned, but complete meal about an hour after the protein shake. Then I wait 4 hours before going to sleep so I don’t store as much fat.. You can do a casein protein just before bed, then a protein shake in the morning.
