Well goal complete. I competed in a NPC event!

Came in 3rd in Novice light Heavies.  I wasn’t in the best shape  but i was in the best shape that i could have been in during the timeline i was working with.

I am extremely proud of myself for finishing what I started.   I weighed in at 195lbs.   that is down 43 lbs in 5 months!

I don’t think i could have asked myself to do more.

So now i have some new goals.

1.  Win local event in my class.

2. Win state event in my class.

First  things first .. I have been fighting a shoulder injury for some time now.  I have having it looked at today.   I was in severe pain when performing double bicep and back poses…  so before i go stacking on more weigh on this body I have to find out whats going on with the shoulder.

I want to thanks everyone  of my well wishers and all that supported me her on BB.com.

I  am proof that you can work hard and meet your goals and nothing can stop you.

i must say the carb deplete and carb load process is interesting and fun!

Yes, mon tues and wed were tuff with less than 40g carbs….   and those weight training days ( final workouts to deplete the glycogen stores) where very very hard to finish..

I was spent..  but carb loading thursday was fun!   It was interesting watching my body change during the day.   I was eating a ton and my weight was dropping.  I must admit.. being close to 198 lbs, I was  a bit nervous of any weight gain.. but i have lost 3 lbs since tuesday.

The changes are very dramatic and i am sure as i cut my water from 1 gallon thursday to half gallon today, it will dry up even more.

weigh-in are at 6 today… i get tanned at 3:30 and then again at 6:30.

practicing posing is getting very very tiresome… but neccessary.

I am getting nervous…..

down another 3 lbs… i will be able to make Light heavies.    looking better and better everyday.. seeing cuts i didn’t know i could have..

two week out!! getting very anxious and nervous.

I was feeling bad about my look last week.   I changed up my diet to include more carbs last week and  it helped.  I also upped my water to 2 gals /day.   I am more lean then last week… but my weight went up a few lbs.  ( water ).

I will be ready for the show but i won’t be perfect… but it will be close.

finally topped the scales at 199.   want to be 195 by wednesday.

10% bf at 202.5 lbs.. 23 days out..

need to reach 192.. this is getting tough…  holding a lot of water… 1.5 hrs cardio a day and dieting.

i attribute the water weight to stresss at work… i am pretty sure by friday i will be below 200.

4 weeks out…. the torture of the diet is killing me.

so i go in to test bf% tomorrow…  last week  it was 13… i am hoping to be under 10%.   I am down 3 lbs since last wednesday as of last night.

i am so ready to eat anything and everything.

Finally broke fat loss plateau!

was sitting at 215lbs for 3 weeks…  last night 208lbs!   at least 10 more lbs. to go to make the light heavies.

no cheating on meals.  40-45 cardio every morning..  and nothing for 3 weeks.  boy was that frustrating… but based on BF% calculations.. i was adding muscle at a similar rate i was lowering bf.  so i carb loaded over the weekend and it shocked my body enuff to start the fat burning.

the fun of contest prep.

10 days into diet.   gained a few lbs… but loosing fat.   eating alot.   6 meals/day  250g protein/day  40 minutes cardio every morning…  starting to crave bread.

I like what i am seeing in the mirror.

8 weeks till contest. Cutting and Supps.

My local contest is Aug. 1.  So i got a nutritionist to assist me in getting below 10% bf.

He set me up with a meal plan for the first 10 day and the second 10 days and evaluate my progress then.

what i am taking for supps now.

Thyroid supp

appetite suppressant

Fat burner.

vitamin C 2000mg

Vitamin E 400IU

Multivitamin.

Tren
60g of whey protein iso 3 times a day with oatmeal  and or 1T of Natural PB.
3 other whole meals  with lean steak or fish and greens/1T of oil and vinager.
