So I’ve basically let myself go since the end of february. It really really sucks. All of my clothes are fitting really tight and some of them i can’t even wear now! It sucks sucks sucks!!! I began keeping a journal again… it might be the only way i can stay healthy for a while. I also went to the gym today and I hate how it feels awkward now… just because I want to be there, but the lazy me doesn’t want to be there. It sucks! My goal right now isn’t to focus on weight, but on a clean diet and consistant exercise. I hate feeling this way! Can anyone relate? or have some ecouraging words, cause i would really appreciate it right now!

Ok, so i read an article about Opera’s failures and faults on dieting and I can totally relate to it. So I think I am going to focus on how good eating healthy makes me feel and exercising 5 days a week. I have ballooned up since the beginning of the semester. I am sad to say that I didn’t gain the freshman 15 this year. I gained the freshman 20! How does that happen?? I can’t fit into any of my clothes and I can now say that I appreciated being 20lbs lighter. So My goal is to loose at least 10 of that in 5 weeks. If I can get down to 160 by June 1st, that would be great.
This summer I will be living with my dad, so he will be training me for an month and a half before I go to colorado to work. I think with a stenuous workout plan, I can get to 145 by the middle of July.
What do yall think!?? i WOULD LOVE to know.

on getting a real trainer??? I see it works for some people. ive had a trainer before, but it wasn’t hard core…. which was pretty annoying cause i could have done what we did…… hmm.

ok, i don’t want to admit this, because it’s really embaressing…. but i need help. I am a binge eater. If you have gotten over binge eating, or know someone who has. I could really use the support and help right now.

Ok, so i did that dumb south beach diet for two weeks with my room mate. It was cool cause i did loose 5lbs, but I definately gained it back because of the same sh*t that happens everytime I go on a diet. I feel a deprived and then I binge for like a week until I can get myself back under control. It was basically two weeks of hard work for nothing. I am still in the same shape, but my eating just sucks! I knew that diet would be a bad idea from the beginning. I totally beleive that I should eat healthy on a regular basis, but with treats in moderation and on occasion. I still want to want to get to my goal, but It’s just going to take longer now. I’m a serious thomas edison, I’m not failing 1000 times, but i’m finding 1000 ways how NOT to loose weight and keep it off. haa

I knew this was going to happen sooner or later…. I weighed myself yester day and the scale didn’t move! My friends keep telling me that It’s probably becuase I gained muscle, which is probably true, but i realy want to be in the 150s really soon! I want to get down to my goal weight asap! I had a cheat meal yesterday and it didn’t taste good. honestly I don’t think i’m missing anything while I’m eating clean. It’s cool cause It makes me realize that this is a lifestyle that I can maintain. I just want to see my results sooner than later. Blah. I’ll get some progress pics up soon too though.
Throw some encouragment my way. lol

These last two day have been tough. I’ve been craving sweets sooo bad!!! If i could i would eat everything all day. lol When I went through the dorm food line I just wanted to go for a doughnut! They look so good, but then I saw some guy get grilled chicken a salad and boiled eggs! It was nice seeing someone else trying to eat clean too! It got me motivated and excited for my salad and grilled chicken.
I’ve also decided that dessert is only good if i make it. When I look at the dessert in the dorm cafeteria, i just imagine it tasting like cardboard and fat. It’s weird because that’s what it seems like it will taste like, but my mind is telling me that it "looks sooo good". weird.
I’ve missed three days at the gym now. I hate missing the gym. But from now on i’m going in the morning so I can shower and get it out of the way for the day. I have too much studying to do now and a goal to accomplish! I hope the weight keeps comming off! I’m working soo hard.

Wow, so I’ve already done this before… but I forgot how great I feel when I cut out the junk from my diet and exercise! At first I felt a little weird, but I honestly don’t miss m&ms or drool over cupcakes. It’s great. My pants are already getting loose and i’m going back to where i was weight wise a year ago. I just can’t let myself slip like I did this past year.
I got to my lowest (152lbs) and shot back up to 172lbs at the new year!! Twenty freakin pounds! wow… I didn’t even really realize that till now. Eeks! Well since I’ve decided that this is how the rest of my life is going to be (eating healthy and exercising constantly), I promised myself I wont ever look back. Sometimes I wish I could just jump to my goal weight (135 lbs) in a week, but the harder I work, the more I appreciate what I’m doing. I’ve got about 28lbs to go, but I’m already 9 down in about three weeks!

I got back to the gym today and did some bikeing and tredmill. I did a PB on the recombiant bike: 10.49 miles in 30 minutes! (Thats 15 minutes off from last week!) I didn’t get to do a lot of weights, but I did do a lot of ab work. My usual ab work is challlenging, but I think I want to mix it up. Please share your favorites if you’d like!!! I’m open to any suggestions! Yayy
