I am now offically starting my goal towards getting to the 130’s. I have 21lbs to loose and would like to do it in three months. By my birthday (Ocotber 27th) I would like to be down to 140’s. I have a good idea of how I’m going to do it. I just need a lot of support. I will start taking progress pictures tonight!
Wish me luck! I want my 20’s, along with the rest of my life, to be amazing.

You have set a realistic goal…you can definitely do it!!! Hit the gym and keep the diet clean…you will get there! Good Luck
