Getting the fat off… harder than it seems.

**please if you have any thoughts about my blog, comment! I love feedback!***

 Hey fellow Bodybuilders,

I have been doing excellent in the gym. If you check out my lifting stats, you can see then I have been increasing weight a lot! This has kept me motivated and in the gym! Also, I have a new love. That would be running! When I was a in junior high I remember freaking out at the thought of having to run one mile in gym class. I could barley do it and wanted to die after. Now, I am proud to say that I can run 3 miles! And I feel good afterwards. I’ve been working on it for a few weeks now because my best friend made me… but I like it now. I’m also able to run a fast pace without running out of breath!!!

The problem is that I can’t get the fat off of my belly! My abs are very strong…. I can keep up with my friend in ab workouts and she’s 40lbs lighter than I am. It’s clearly my diet that needs help, but I really don’t eat bad. Typically I’ll eat a bowl of cereal/ oatmeal for breakfast, grapes for a snake, tuna or grilled chicken for lunch, a protein shake/bar after working out, then maybe some yogurt and fruit or protein for dinner. I’m going to pay closer attention and write down what I eat, but I don’t want to get obsessed again and have a binge episode. (That has been my main problem with keeping my weight off and reaching my goal). What is my problem????

Keep on moving,

B

The problem’s name is fruits.Grapes have a lot of fruktose and a lot of calories.Try to eat something else(bananas, pears and plums are also very bad.Cereals are also a problem:do ot eat too much of them.A handfull it’s enough. What about veggies?Broccoli, green beans, cawliflower and any green vegetables are perfect next to tuna or chicken.Yoghurt or cottage cheese are fine for dinner, but plain yoghurt not fruit yoghurt.Try to drink more water, reduce salt and you’ll see the results. You should eat 5-6 small meals per day.I

Yes, good advice from NIcky. I would also recommend to plan out your meals in advance and stick with your plan, and make sure you are eating about every 3 hours to keep you full. Once you get in a routine it will get easier. Also plan for a meal to cheat, it will keep you sane.
