boo… lame…
This week I worked out 5 days in a row, ate really carefully and only lost 2 pounds. I do feel a lot better, i just hate the scale. Who knows, maybe I gained a little bit of muscle. I just really want to be down to 160 by May 20th. and at this rate i have to loose 2.4 lbs a week till then. I have final exams coming up and I am going to have to buckle down these next three weeks. It sucks. I’m going to add one more day of working out this week and see what happens. Ideally I would be at 165 by next week. We’ll see. I’m going to work really hard.

Two pounds a week is about the perfect rate for weight loss. Don’t beat yourself up too much for not losing more. While it is possible, the greater the rate of weight loss, the less healthy the loss is, and also greater the chance of rebound.
