boo… lame…
Sunday, April 26th, 2009This week I worked out 5 days in a row, ate really carefully and only lost 2 pounds. I do feel a lot better, i just hate the scale. Who knows, maybe I gained a little bit of muscle. I just really want to be down to 160 by May 20th. and at this rate i have to loose 2.4 lbs a week till then. I have final exams coming up and I am going to have to buckle down these next three weeks. It sucks. I’m going to add one more day of working out this week and see what happens. Ideally I would be at 165 by next week. We’ll see. I’m going to work really hard.
