Thanksgiving…. The Only Time of Year When I Lose It. :(

Wow, so i started out thankgiving doing my diet perfectly…. then It all crashed. Of course I ate way too much. I don’t know what happend. I lost all self control and I felt miserable. 4 days down the drain and a whole week’s worth of progress lost. I know my diet is the main key that is keeping me from reaching my goals. Christmas WILL NOT end up like this. I can’t eat too much anymore. I was doing so well… I guess I just realized that my body doens’t need all of that food! Oh well, back on track tomorrow. I’m going to need all of the good eating and exercise since I have two weeks of hardcore studying ahead. Finals blow.

I’ve been eating pretty clean for the last three days now. It’s kinda hard, but at the same time, I keep thinking ho worth it it will be in the long run. I’ve been looking at people’s profiles and I think I can get to my goal in about 4 to 7 months If I keep up the hard work. My triceps, biceps and chest is sooo soar right now. I still need to get a good workout routine. I’m scared that I will get sick of what im eating and go back to my old ways. I’m deathly afraid of this. I’ve been through this cycle a million times my whole life. I just don’t know how many times it’s going to take me to get it right. What do I do? I stopped buying food to keep at my place so I don’t eat late at night, and i think that will help. I just need to make sure that I make healthy choices all day everyday.

Wow, my goal for the next week is 2 lbs. wish me luck!

I forgot how hard this is.

Ok, so it’s either the scale or me. Ha. I’ve had some bad eating habbits lately, but i’ve stayed with the gym. I feel better, but I guess I need to eat a lot better. I really want to loose about 4 lbs a month to meet my goal. after I reach my weight goal, i figured I could focus more on the body building part, which I am really interested in doing. People think I’m crazy everytime I mention it, but i guess they don’t understand how important it is for me to get fit. I wish I had someone here I could work out with and guide me. I had a trainer, but it didn’t help me get into body building. I’m just trying to get strong for snowboarding in December! yay. Any tips???
