Getting it right.
Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008Alright, so i han’t physically felt this good since… i don’t know when. Right now I’m just trying to get to they gym as much as possible. All of this is so hard. I like to eat too much. But I think the more I exercise, the easier it is for me to eat. I’m down to 158lbs! I don’t know how… but i guess it’s from all of the exercise. I love weight training. But I have about 5 weeks to loose about 7lbs. I just really want to murder my muffin top. Haa, that’s seriously my trouble spot. I can tell instant changes everwhere else but around my waist. It’s ok, cause I know once I get past 150 I will be able to tell a big differece. I really want to get down to 18-20% bf by spring break. Right now I’m about about 27%. I don’t know if this is attainable, but I’m going to try my hardest. Little step is key, i think.
