The numbers so far
Welp took my measurements again today and ran the numbers on LBM to see how I was comming along…since weight is not an acurate indicator of progress. When I started on 7/27 I was 200lbs w/ a BMI of 31% so I was 138 lbs of muscle and 62 lbs of fat. Now today I’m 188.5lbs and a BMI of 21.8% so Im 147lbs of muscle and 41 lbs of fat. So in closing I have Gained 11lbs of lean mass and lost 21lbs of fat….. not bad in less than 8 weeks back in the gym. Every1 have a great week
