I’m starting a new "diet" and workout plan tomorrow. I’m excited to get back into the gym after almost three months of being off track. Summer is coming and it’s time to get this bod ready for a bikini. I hope I can stick it out this time. My body fat has gone up two percent but mostly I’m excited to get back to the gym to get my energy back. Physically I feel pretty much the same but mentally I feel a little sluggish right now. Beach body, here I come!

I have such a hard time eating clean. I think my bad eating habits stem from my childhood. When I was younger my mom would take me and my brother out to eat almost every night. I have been eating horribly ever since. I’m used to eating whatever I want, whenever I want with no guilt or second thought. Now it poses a problem. Each day it is a struggle for me to stay away from my favorite foods (pizza, pasta, candy). I am trying so hard to get in shape but it is almost like an addiction. I’ll have a really good day and then I will just relapse again. It is a never ending cycle. I don’t know how I’m gonna do this.
