you're doing well enough , but candy and junk food is addicting
you need to retrain your yourself, eating habits are hard to break but if you are determined you can do it.
And remember though that pizza is not as bad as you think
stay away from the chain type pizza (hut, dominoes etc..) , but don't worry too much about home made pizza or quality pizzeria type of pizza...
Pizza can be very healthy if done right

I feel your pain. Planned cheat meals are the reason I keep my sanity. I have a pizza cheat every week. I can't give it up. :)

I feel your pain. I love the pizza. In the past I think alot of my faliure was based on beating myself up over cheating on my diet or missing a workout. if you get down on yourself you start to lose focus and then hope. next thing you know your not doing anything right anymore. I have decided this time to stick to my diets and workouts as much as possible but I have mentaly conditioned myself that I will cheat or miss a workout once in a while. I will try harder to make it up next time. Don't set such a high standard of your self that you cannot attain it. be realistic we are all human. Put up the good fight!!

I know exactly what you mean. For the past few years I've worked an office job where I'd go out for lunch every day for pizza or a full sized combo meal. My metabolism kept up with me until this past year. I've made a big push this year to eat cleaner. I now keep a little sandwich "kit" in my frig at work. I do that 3 times a week then the other two I'll do subway or a wrap. Maybe not ideal diet but def a improvement. Oh and no more cokes. If I can do it, you can too. I already feel better about my diet. Good luck and stick with it. Let me know how it goes for you.

I know what you are going through. With me it is tryin to eat the 5 to 6 meals a day, and popcorn is also a problem. I am also using candy to help quit smoking, but I figure that is more harm than smoking. With the superbowl coming up, I know it's going to be trouble.

Try to build a good foundation and focus on one way to be more clean, like eliminating bad snacks. Build from there. As you slowly change your lifestyle you'll see the difference. I started by stopping eating after 9PM. I've then tried to make my diet more clean. I still have a long way to go, and I embrace my successes, rather than beat myself up over my failures. Good Luck, and enjoy the journey.
