Here we go!
I’m starting a new "diet" and workout plan tomorrow. I’m excited to get back into the gym after almost three months of being off track. Summer is coming and it’s time to get this bod ready for a bikini. I hope I can stick it out this time. My body fat has gone up two percent but mostly I’m excited to get back to the gym to get my energy back. Physically I feel pretty much the same but mentally I feel a little sluggish right now. Beach body, here I come!
