					<description>Hey man,i'm bulking as well,have seen some really great gains lately especially in my legs.keep it clean,just increase calories and carbs.I've started drinking muscle milk as well,love it.My almost 4 pack is almost non-existent,but i'll worry about that when I cut in a month or two.Perfect time of year to bulk,with plenty of time to cut for summer.Luck.</description>
