The trials of gymming and my first plateau?
Monday, October 5th, 2009I’ve been doing the gym thing now for about three years one wasted as i knew nothing and just did random stuff in the gym then i found this site and got some great advice from members on here. I steadily made strides in the gym and finally broke the 160 weight range this year, now i have reached what i believe is my first plateau my strength has basically remained the same and my weight has remained constant. The thing is my back is improving so maybe its not a plateau either way i plan to implement a new gym routine to switch things up and to focus my attention towards bringing up my lats working my legs and broadening my back and a renewed focus on abs lets see how it works
