My first bulk
So this will be my first attempt at bulking i’ve done some reading for example, i’ve read this article http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/russ4.htm on bulking as well as asking fellow bodyspace members about their bulking techniques. Well for me the challenge will not be the eating but staying consistent in the gym my lifts have steadily improved over the past 3 months but i know they can and should be alot better. I am hoping to bulk for at least 3 months with a heavy focu on my legs and chest which to me are lagging for those of you who have bulked before what has worked best for you?

Hey man,i’m bulking as well,have seen some really great gains lately especially in my legs.keep it clean,just increase calories and carbs.I’ve started drinking muscle milk as well,love it.My almost 4 pack is almost non-existent,but i’ll worry about that when I cut in a month or two.Perfect time of year to bulk,with plenty of time to cut for summer.Luck.
