feel like i am getting somewhere
After my last blog i decided to take a step back and asses what i was doing in the gym and decided where i needed to place my emphasis. I decided to concentrate on my weak areas legs and refocus work on my abbs whilst continuing to improove with the bis tris shoulders and back. While my chest has been my let down i have decided to switch things up and for the past two weeks workouts were great plus i will be back to my gym next month so i am even happier. I have set a realistic goal to reach 160-165 by December and wil look for improovements every two months rather than weekly as i have been doing lol let see how it goes.

Have you tried negative on the chest? i just did them this month and it definitely shocked my muscles. Try different angles on a smith machine
