Passion and admiration
What is Body building without Passion..anyone can go in to a gym and go do a few quick Reps..but..unless there is Passion..it amounts to Nothing..i am so blessed to have such incredible friends on this site..who motivate and inspire me..it is difficult to build muscle in general..unless we are genetically gifted..it is extremely difficult to build muscle after 40..because it requires Blood sweat and TEARS..but..we create our own limitations….it is NEVER too late to start…and..my Motto.."The road to success..is ALWAYS under construction"..no one said it will be easy…but with hard training..comes great rewards…to all my friends on this site..You mean the world to me..You are all SPECIAL…each one of You…without You and your motivation and your inspiration..i would NEVER have achieved what i have..thank You and Bless You all

I completely agree with you. I am incredibly appreciative of all the support and encouragement I’ve received from many on this site. It’s helped me reach so many goals and motivates me to keep striving to greater heights.

Bailey, I love your attitude, it is never to late! Never! As many here attest too! But more importantly you have inspired us as we have done so for you!
Keep up the great work, prove to all that 40 is the new 30 and that you are only as old as you think you are!
