Putting it all out there
Here goes everything! I have struggled my entire life with my weight, not anymore. I refuse to let myself go through life like this. I have never tried anything like this where I was public with my weight or pictures. I am to ashamed of what I am. I guess I have decided that this might be the way to get myself to stick to it. I will work on getting pics on here because I’m going to want them as my before shots when I am hot 
I hit my biggest weight in October of 2008. At that point I was 239lbs. Three weeks ago I decided it was time to get on track and weighed in at 219lbs. As of today, I am at 209lbs. I gues thats 30lbs gone but not enough. I am struggling right now with my work outs and need to make some adjustments to my diet. I will try to keep honest and current on here. Wish me luck!

Keep at it! Progress is progress, so 30 pounds gone is great! I think that as long as you keep dragging yourself to the gym and keep working at your diet you will see results. Don’t be too hard on yourself. I made the mistake a couple of years ago of waking up every morning at 5:00 to go to the gym, 6 days a week. That was killer and I burned out fast. I haven’t recovered since. So far this summer I’ve found that even if I miss a workout, or I don’t get in the number of exercises planned, or the 30 minutes of cardio that I wanted, stuff works out as long as you keep trying.
I think the classic "Do or do not, there is no try" advice doesn’t apply when it comes to lifting and working out. You fail if you subscribe to that philosophy. Keep trying!

Keep it up 30lbs is great and it sounds like your doing it right otherwise you wouldn’t have gotten that far. I can’t wait till I hit my first 30lbs. Just keep doing what your doing and I am sure it will continue.
