I have been eating mainly the wrong foods! Working out, no cardio and enjoying late nights until I return from Iraq within the week! Once home I plan on hitting it hard but I wanna do a clean bulk before the March 08 competition! Armymuscle01 (from bodyspace who will be training me) wants me to cut and only cut. I rather do a clean bulk, drop BF while gaining muscle even if that means choosing another competition but we will see, I need to know the deal, I will need a grociery list etc. the whole nine, for the past 12 months of this deployment (11 months this last month has been about fun lol) I have made great progress once I’m home the fun is over. I want it! I will get it all of the glory of pushing my body to the limits, I will work maintain house and home, take care of my children and have my fun my only goals! Relationships are too stressful so that will be of no concern I will not frustrate myself that that aspect of life, just children working and training, and when thats all said and done its time for daddys to have his FUN!

Ok we’re in Iraq but we still have our nights (lights off, DJ playing everything Etc.) so I have went a few times and stopped going for the past few months but when I went last night OH MY GOD! I got the greatest compliments from random ppl and ppl who know I have been working out but just havent seen me without my uniform top on (i had to invest in a under armour shirt
) so The main things I heard that stand out (considering I want to bulk now, and have been eating horribly and havent done much cardio) "You have the best body" and "lift up your shirt again" goodness I loved it and it just makes me remember I am not even half way to being the Animal I plan on being…….
230lbs Solid 10% or less BF

I love universal Animal pak, nitro, mstack is great, flex as well as universal storm and shock theropy. Anyone else out there, any other Animals! Whats your stack and what are your goals, once I’m stateside I plan on adding AS MUCH MASS AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE how possible will that be while employed by the army PT days 5 days a week (m-w-f run 4 miles t & thurs muscle failure days). Should I invest in weight gainer? My grocery list is mainly chicken breasts, fish a shit load of eggs and ground beef/turkey. Oats of course and some potatoes, of course cant forget the greens but help a brotha out in the world of BB your wrong if you read this and dont comment lol whats your input?

Nothing new to report, my diet due to my own accord is lacking I am drinking protein shakes and eating tuna but instead of that with my oats and eggs I am eating muffins, pop tarts, pizza even and all other things I shouldnt. I know this is not going to help me get to where I want to be but I look at it as a means to a end. Once stateside I should have no reasons other than my own (same as now) to get off track.
Workouts I get it in where I can and give it my all full body workouts I hate them cuz I feel I am always lacking and not paying enough attention to a certain bodypart as another.
Cardio I have begin to fix that on my own at least
Overall I am doing bad with my goals I eat whatever at times (at sometime during the day) if I am tired I do not do cardio the only thing that remains I make sure I workout but as I have said Iraq sucks and its less than 20 days before I am home once home the fun starts……….well give me a week or two of sex and drinking first then back on track lol

Well training, lacking….. as we get closer to the end of our deployment the more tedious things that have to be done.
Cardio lacking, sleep schedule all fudged up
Eating, I havent been eating as clean as I am supposed to I just drink a shake majority of the time (breafast is always whole food) but the rest of the day maybe a shake two scoops of whey and whatever else I can find I have not be eating my cans of tuna as much as I am supposed to according to my plan on leaning out.
Home………its funny i guess especially when ppl see a on and off high school couple that leaded to marriage a 2yr old another child on the way AFTER divorce while one person is currently pending their 2nd divorce (yup I took the rebound too far lol) anyway as the saying goes "ppl never change" its funny when your in a relationship that person has to bring something to the table and even when things are being accomplished if this one thing or that one that isnt accomplished once its mentioned then problems arise.
I am a all or nothing type of guy, if I ask for this and that to be done, I expect THIS and THAT to be done, when THIS is done and THAT isnt done, you might as well have not even attempted, sorry maybe its cruel etc. but thats just be step your game up get on my level or move over, I am trying to make things happen get on the train or get ran over.
Had to vent lol I really could care less if that person reads this and gets mad doesnt matter 8yrs on and off no matter what happens i swear nobody will leave (sad at times i know) so fudge it who knows what the future will bring but I know I will set myself up for greatness along with my children.

Even after I splurdged at the company cookout (4 weeks left of Iraq god come on) I still managed to loose more weight and continue leaning out, the plans for the remaining time here is to add cardio and switch from doing one body part per day to down grading to a split that only allows minimum rest between sets and body parts etc. Cardio AM as usual and after work as well now.
