Hi gorgeous. You've got the right mind set for the training. I can only train from 8-12 at night, sometimes I do wind up going into the early morning, but still get it in. No pain, no gain is the saying you gotta keep giving yourself. But I gaurantee that once you get the rhythm going, your gonna be running the routine as if you had been doing it forever. Keep up the great work and dedication, your looking great now and I can't wait to see all the progress you make. Take care Chula.

great job using christmas as a goal date. I think some use the holidays as an excuse to slack off. you'll definitely have those abs by then. keep up the good work!

I agree, I workout early in the morning. But if I don't make it by 5:30 I have a huge decision to make. Either go or lose the workout. I beleive in the am because it helps to lose the guilt of a lost workout. Otherwise I second guess myself and fight going because my body convinces me to just go home and relax. Great work on your training.

I hit the gym in the mornings b4 work, which helps with the time limitation. AND keeps me from slacking off after work due to other commitments, being tired after work, etc.

I know......mornings.....yuck. I didn't like it at 1st. But now.....I love it. It's a great way to start the day; and, except for sleep, there's never something to interfere with a 5-5:30am w/o. Being able to go home after work, without guilt, is awesome. Give it a try if you're not able to get all your w/o's in after work.

my op:

I have always been judged of first impression.
People are not willing to accept change!

They want you to stay the same &amp; live within the confines of how they chose to perceive you, based on first impression of you.

Every time I am to progress I drop relationships, other wise the way they judge me reminds &amp; keeps me @ my current mind set!

I agree with you about being on a diet- eating clean and staying in the same mindset is key- I changed the way i ate and lost 30 lbs. Heavy running as well. I do a lot of traveling and i am always eating out but making better choices.- i eat lots of fish an snack healthy during the day- drink lots of water too.

breast implants are totally your call- they obviously enhance a womans chest and if thats what you want thats great. - personally- i think you should go for it- I'd really have to see them up close though...J/K!! You would look great either way!

Great blog and goals to go with it. Like I said before you know what you want, now its time to go get it. As far as implants go, with or without you will look amazing, it all boils down to how you feel about yourself.
