Thursday, October 9th, 2008Going grocery shopping tonight and I am planning on getting nothing but clean healthy foods. I am sick of eating crap! My skin sucks and I feel all bloated all the time. I am seriously considering fitness modeling at this point and doing what ever it takes to get into shape and go from there. Currently i am working out 5 days a week for about an hour, alternating lifting and cardio during those days. Now i just need to convince my boyfriend that i am not crazy for eating the way i do! Support would be nice at this point but if not i will continue to do what i have to do to get in tip top shape! Since when is eating veggies and fruits crazy anyways? I have gotten very good at packing my lunches every night so i just have to make sure i am packing healthy items all the time and not letting myself get hungry at work.
Also it would be nice to actually go see a fitness competition for once so i could see what goes on.
