Blog Entry

Finally got settled into a new gym and got a solid routine in the works with the help of a great PT! Only took  me like 5 months to get off my butt and take care of. Last night was my first app. with the PT (Andy) and boy i am out of shape! I am feeling it today and i didnt even complete a full set of most of the exercises! but no pain no gain right and he thinks i am perfectly capapble of the routine he has laid out for me and i told him my goal was to be in competition shape whether or not i would compete. so now its time to watch what i eat and when i eat it and suck it up and make the most of this and get back in the shape i know can be in! i hate being skinny fat! tonight is the second half of the routine so i will have a solid line up to work through for about 2 months then we will meet again and change it up. I am working out at 5 am. each morning cept. weekends, i tried that after work at 5-5:30pm and theres just no way! even if i do muster up the energy to get there it takes forever to snag a machine and at 5 am. i have the gym mostly to myself and then after work i can come home and relax and make a healthy supper instead! Otherwise no matter how i try and manage time i end up eating at 7:30-8 at night and that sucks then i dont get to bet till 11. so the plan is to get up at 5 am and be in bed by 9-9:30 ready to sleep!

Hi gorgeous. You’ve got the right mind set for the training. I can only train from 8-12 at night, sometimes I do wind up going into the early morning, but still get it in. No pain, no gain is the saying you gotta keep giving yourself. But I gaurantee that once you get the rhythm going, your gonna be running the routine as if you had been doing it forever. Keep up the great work and dedication, your looking great now and I can’t wait to see all the progress you make. Take care Chula.
