Blog Entry
Yay I have kept a eating journal current for 6 days in a row now! Thats pretty impresive for me.
So far my diet consists of whole wheat wraps natural peanut butter and apples, oranges and lots of spinach and tuna ( love the flavored tuna packages!) bananas, kashi oatmeal every morning, lots of water to.
My fitness journal is not so impressive, I have kept it current for 3 days now and have worked quads, glutes calves and back on Mon. , Back and abs on Tues. , and yesterday I did biceps and triceps. Tonight will be abs and shoulders. I am making my own routines out of the Eat Clean Diet workout book, thanks Tosca! So far it is working really well! I just need to find a way to do more cardio since it takes so long i am running out of time after a long day at work. So maybe on the weekend i can fit in a good session o HIIT.

I hit the gym in the mornings b4 work, which helps with the time limitation. AND keeps me from slacking off after work due to other commitments, being tired after work, etc.
I know……mornings…..yuck. I didn’t like it at 1st. But now…..I love it. It’s a great way to start the day; and, except for sleep, there’s never something to interfere with a 5-5:30am w/o. Being able to go home after work, without guilt, is awesome. Give it a try if you’re not able to get all your w/o’s in after work.

I agree, I workout early in the morning. But if I don’t make it by 5:30 I have a huge decision to make. Either go or lose the workout. I beleive in the am because it helps to lose the guilt of a lost workout. Otherwise I second guess myself and fight going because my body convinces me to just go home and relax. Great work on your training.
