Tuesday, October 28th, 2008Day 2 of my week of working out and eating clean! Going great so far, my abs are sore from the workout i did last night. I love that feeling! Only going to workout till Thursday cause i am going out for haloween on fri. and wont have time between work and getting dressed up to workout. But i have a solid routine for the days i am hitting thr gym. My goal as i had posted earlier is to have my abs back by Christmas. I want to have the body i want by next summer which i dont think is too big of a challenge as long as i stick to the plan, and dont get lazy. My boyfriend has just started going back to the gym again to so that is really awesome, hes very supportive of me and my healthy eating habits, he doesnt eat as healthy as i do but he is willing to try new things and he knows how to get results in the gym. It just a breath of fresh air to have someone close to you have the same interests in fitness rather than have to explain why you are doing what you do all the time.
