My first blog ever, and I have been on this site a while..wow what a slacker I am lol
I just wanted to log a few of my goals, In general I want to eat as clean as possible for as long as possible, I don’t believe in dieting or not being on a diet, If you choose a healthy lifestlye then it should be an everyday thing not a im eating healthy all week then im pigging out on the weekends, Obviously any one who has tryed this realizes that you will give in to bad foods sooner than later but its better to give in a lil and record it in a food journal than to deprive yourself and go on a week ong binge of not caring what you eat. Believe me i have done it =(
To break down my goal of eating clean, I need to discipline myself to pack a lunch for for every night before i go to bed otherwise i am left with fast food or gas station options, Also i need to only buy healthy foods and keep the bad stuff out of my house, once its there the consumer in me rationalizes that i can’t just let it go to waste, when in reality it the gym time i just wasted when i realize i gained back those 2 oe 3 lbs. i was trying so hard to loose!
Goal #2: I need to be consistent in working out and stick to a routine so i can track my progress. Keeping a current workut journal is a must, How will i know where i am going if i don’t know where i have been!
Also I am hoping to get breast implants in the next fews years and i would really like a nice competion worthy body to go with them, If any one feels this is a mistake or a waste please let me know i am always open to advise and comments. Anyways I would like to lower my body% so i can garentee that there wont be much up top when i am in the condition i want to be so i would feel much better about my self having had the procedure done. So in looking forward to having that done i am staying motivated to whip my butt in shape. I guess thats all for now…..

Great blog and goals to go with it. Like I said before you know what you want, now its time to go get it. As far as implants go, with or without you will look amazing, it all boils down to how you feel about yourself.

I agree with you about being on a diet- eating clean and staying in the same mindset is key- I changed the way i ate and lost 30 lbs. Heavy running as well. I do a lot of traveling and i am always eating out but making better choices.- i eat lots of fish an snack healthy during the day- drink lots of water too.
breast implants are totally your call- they obviously enhance a womans chest and if thats what you want thats great. - personally- i think you should go for it- I’d really have to see them up close though…J/K!! You would look great either way!
