Beach Season
Ok so I live in the big poor state of MI. And up here beach season is fast approaching. I have been working out a lot. My mass is growing slowly and im thining out. I’m kind of getting that elongated v shaped upper half. I like it so I’m considering goin for that model body, the typical beach body. But, i have began to love bodybuilding so much that I just want to get huge. I am never going to use Steroids so, the question isĀ Can I be a bodybuilder without it? Really, all the guys juice. But, then there is natural bodybuilding which I’m starting to think is the way to go. So what exercises work the best the gain mass and get that perfect beach body fast? If anyone has any advice hook a brother up
