Ok so I live in the big poor state of MI. And up here beach season is fast approaching. I have been working out a lot. My mass is growing slowly and im thining out. I’m kind of getting that elongated v shaped upper half. I like it so I’m considering goin for that model body, the typical beach body. But, i have began to love bodybuilding so much that I just want to get huge. I am never going to use Steroids so, the question is Can I be a bodybuilder without it? Really, all the guys juice. But, then there is natural bodybuilding which I’m starting to think is the way to go. So what exercises work the best the gain mass and get that perfect beach body fast? If anyone has any advice hook a brother up

Ok so i had my bodyfat measured today and im at 12.3 percent, which is great. I lowerd it from 14.9 percent in December. I am very happy with that and I hope to be 10 percent very soon. This is truly by first big accomplishmet. Thank god, I am also starting to see changes in my body, like bones I never seen before. And muscles that are getting bigger, i can "pop" my pectorials now, that was kewl to do. I stand in the mirror and practice. Lol its fun. k well talk to yall lata. peace out. Keep training hard.

Ok so yea im new to the blog thing. My name is Dan and i’ve had a bodyspace for a couple of months. I want to think my boy Justin, Mary, and Kag for being kewl and helpin me by keeping me motivated. I love all the people on here, yall are great and keep me motivated to be all i can. I love to read other people’s quotes and stories. Anyways im maxing my squats out at 315 right now, i am pretty happy at that. I am working on getting abs and just a lot of mass right now. I’m single. That’s partly why i workout, cause when the girl that broke my heart sees me next time , it will be sweet revenge. She broke my heart and I’m over her but, the pain heals when im at the gym. Hope to hear from you all, any advice for gettin huge is great, thank you everyone until next time ,
