					<description>North ain't that bad. I grew up in the north where it got dark at 3 in the winter and got bright after 9. More time to reflect on things I suppose... plus scientifically speaking you should be able to sleep better because melatonin is synthesized during the dark hours only. Ah yes.. sleep.. that's a great thing.

					<description>Hey.. just read your post.  I would suggest that you not pay attention to the body fat measurement.  You got two measurements that were quite different within minutes.  I assume you were using one of those impedance-based bodyfat devices.  Well, I don't trust them at all.  I've been shredded and had those things tell me I'm 17%.  I would highly suggest that you do two things.  Weigh in once a week.  On that same day measure your waist at the belly button.  If your waist is smaller and your weight is either static or down a bit, count that as success.  Another great way to track progress is how your clothes fit.  As I approach a contest, my jeans get really loose.  Take care bro.</description>
