Since my last post i have lost 3 lbs and that might not sound like a lot but it really was done witha lot of hard work. My sister and i still go running everyday or every other day, and im on my first week of slim in six DVD. I can’t wait to be a sexy bride, my wedding is not till next summer so i have time to get all hott. Thank you guys for beeing here for me this site made it so easy. love ya all

I went running woith my sister who is totally in shape. We look so  much alike in the face but our bodies differ a lot. She is more like my dads side and I am my moms side, very curvy, wider hips thick thighs, she has a flat stomach, lil curves. But its nice that she went to work out with me today. My new goal is to try to go run and jump rope at least 5 times a week.
