Sunday, February 3rd, 2008So, this past week I’ve greatly changed my eatting habbits and lost 4.5 pounds. I haven’t started working out again yet (I was on restricted workouts do to workman’s comp for a month) but I’m planning on started either later today or tomorrow. I still have a few things to cut out of my diet and I’m going to try that this week. If that works out for me then I’m going to try to turn my diet into more of a "lean muscle" diet.
