So, I won’t be taking anymore pictures until the end of July/ begining of Aug. The pictures I take then will be progession pictures. Maybe if I like the progression I’ll show my face on this site for the first time. Just Maybe.

So, I didn’t want to admit it but I had a stressfull end of ‘07/ begining of ‘08 and actually gain around 15 pounds which is why I didn’t post any pictures for awhile. But I loss the weight and am back on track. So, now back to this lossing the original weight loss goal and body fat goal… being stressed SUCKS!

well i started a new relationship with running. running and i still dont get along. running doesnt like my lungs or heart and i dont like running at all, but my thighs and abs appear to love running so… yeah… for the sake of my thighs and abs, running and i are trying to make things work… this should be interesting…

So, this past week I’ve greatly changed my eatting habbits and lost 4.5 pounds. I haven’t started working out again yet (I was on restricted workouts do to workman’s comp for a month) but I’m planning on started either later today or tomorrow. I still have a few things to cut out of my diet and I’m going to try that this week. If that works out for me then I’m going to try to turn my diet into more of a "lean muscle" diet.

So, I just took a pt test a few weeks ago and need great but now I have a test tomorrow and I’m so nervous. I don’t think I’ve been this nervous over taking a pt test since 2003. I nervous because I hurt my back on Thursday and I’m not sure I’m going to be able to run as fast as I need to. The run is a very important part of this test and my career could be drasticly changed if I don’t past this test. Well, it’s late and I’m going to bed now so I won’t be to tired in the morning. Wish me luck
