So, i went to the gym today to master the nasty deadlift that i’ve dreaded since last time i had to do them. I did pretty well. I did them from a bench and not from the floor tho. Anyway, on another subject I did 4 sets of them then 4 sets of stiff leg deads & some lying leg curls. i was pretty pumped up and ready to move on to the rest of my workout and the daycare lady came to tell us that the daycare had closed for the day…I was so bummed to not be able to finish my workout…It felt like i was built up for something just to be completely let down…haha

Wednesday was the first time and i have never been so frustrated with an exercise before. Stiff leg deadlifts are cake for me but for some reason i am just NOT getting the concept of THE DEADLIFT. My husband was there to teach and explain but it was like i just didnt get it. My back wants to curve everytime i try to lift it. I have to do them again tomorrow and I’m so dreading it. I guess it just takes time…

So I just started a new diet and trying to make sure that I get my gallon of water in a day. I feel soooo bloated and waterlogged, its ridiculous. ha I sometimes feel delirious from all the water. I feel like my water bottle is attached at the hip. Please tell me it gets better?

I started weight training this last week and have been doing my MMA conditioning class for cardio a while now. Usually I go to my gym and my hubby goes to his gym bc I’m a brat in the gym and don’t like to be told what or how to do something. Even though I could use it. So, he has now decided to start going with me to help me so I can push harder and achieve the results that I truly desire. I’m kinda scared though…I don’t understand why it is so much harder to listen and follow when he tells me VS some trainer. I mean he is extremely knowledgable in the bodybuilding field, like you could ask him anything about any bodybuilder, suppliment, ANYTHING and he could tell you. I am kinda excited too though bc I don’t feel like I am pushing the weight like I could.

So, here we go again. Another round of training…I had started awhile ago and then went on vacation. Where I had every intention of eating right and ATLEAST doing my cardio. Yeah! didn’t happen…It was very hard to get back to where I needed to be when I got back. I ate crap food and talked myself out of workin out almost EVERYDAY!!! Well I’m back to it and doing it hard!!! I am really hoping to see the results that I’m looking for or atleast being on the path within a few months.

SO, after my last blog, someone suggested the HiiT program. I just tried it for the first time and WOW. It was kinda nice. I broke a good sweat and my legs and heiny hein are "poppin", whatever that means, just happens when I get off the treadmill. Altho, I think I saw Jesus while I was running for my life! Hopefully this will work for out for me. Anyway Have a good day! Later…

So, my main weakness is cardio…UGH! I’m sure you all feel the same but I need to know…How much is enough?? I try to do atleast an hour a day but it seems to be worthless. Which makes it hard for me to get it done. I know i’m being a baby but i could use some advice in that dept. Thanks! =)
