Breakthrough and breakdowns…

So I was doing my arms today and noticed my shoulders are really getting defined, however only when I flex them. When they are just regular they look like I don’t know..>"regular"

I gota figure out a good eating plan, i’m going nuts with it. I have allt he motivation just not sure what to do..P.S.I *HATE* cooking…

Eating is annoying

Thanks to being a woman, I have tendencies to have cycles of "binge" eating and not really eating anything. I have gotten a lot better with my eating habits, but this weekend was horrible. I feel so guilty each time, but during the week I usually pick myself up again. I don’t do do anything drastic like eat 5,000 calorie hamburgers, but I tend to snack on things that aren’t the BEST for me. Oh well…life goes on :\

Start of a beginning.

Well, maybe I can make good use out of this blog- hopefully people can relate or learn from my own work-out experiences. I think this post will be short, but I want to give a whole life bio of my work out career.

Anywhoo, I just started using whey protein after my workouts and taking Vitamin C.  I love working out my back it feels SOOO good, anyone agree?
