With the scheduale I have had for the past year, I have been unable to go to the gym on a regular basis. I have maintained my weight of 270, but would eventually like to lose around 100 lbs. I recently bought a Bowflex, and know that I will need to hit a real gym for finishing results, but I figure with the Bowflex, diet, and cardio, I can be on my way! I will update this as time rolls on!

Ok, so I have made it back to the gym on a regular basis. I am tired, but after a solid week, I can already see improvement. I am currently following the Navy Seal program I jacked from this site. Not as easay as I thought, and harder the second time around. The only difference is that this time I am going to the gym after work, instead of in the morning. I know that I will not make as much progress, but I already get up at 4:30 to get to work, any earlier, I just wouldn’t sleep!
Workout:
<This Week>
Mon, Wed, Fri
Run 2 miles @ 8:30 pace
3 sets of 3 pull ups
4 sets of 20 sit ups
4 sets of 20 push ups
swim for 15 min
I will probably keep this same workout for one more week, I need to increase my stamina. I am not as good of shape as I was when I was in the Marines! Funny how that works!

So here is the deal, I bought a new razor, (electric) and I have razor bumps. I know I should use it for about 3 weeks before I stop and toss it in the trash. This is not the first razor that I have used. I continually get razor bumps on my neck from shaving. The only thing that stops the bumps is not shaving! My wiskers do not grow in heavy, but the individual hairs are very thick! I have tried everything out there. I guess the only thing left to do is to get lazer hair removal. I will give this razor a shot, but after that, its on to the zap machine!

Valentine was a holy priest in Rome, who, with St. Marius and his family, assisted the martyrs in the persecution under Claudius II. Claudius II had a rule in his empire that no soldiers should marry. Claudius thought that married soldiers weren’t as good as single soldiers. During a ban on marriages of Roman soldiers by the Emperor Claudius II, St. Valentine secretly helped arrange marriages. So Claudius commended him to be beaten with clubs, and afterwards, to be beheaded, which was executed on February 14. On the evening before Valentine was to be executed, he passed a love note to his jailer’s daughter that read, “From your Valentine.
Don’t wait until minutes before your execution to tell your "Valentine" you love her / him.

I am going out of town on Friday, so with the rush to complete a massive amount of assignments for college, I have not had the time to hit the gym this week. I have strayed from my diet a couple of times, but man that Whopper was good! And I feel like crap! I guess when I get back, I will have to hit the gym extra hard and long!
