Well, just got done working out. Did Beach Body’s Cardio Intervals. 55 minutes of lug pumpin’, heart rippin’, leg burnin’ hell! But it was definately worth it! Gonna cool down, stretch and have me a protein shake. Keep pumpin’ everybody!
