Since it SO hard 2 get a sponsor or 2 be a product tester 4 whatever reason……I will do my own, since I get asked so many times.
But first let me state the INFINITE LABS in no way sponsored me, I was asked 2 test their products as a favor, I was no way working 4 them…they are a great company, with great products. they have my 5thumbs up.

2day I will start by saying, in my whole of using supplements I have tested just about everything out there, and have stacked quite a few.
I must warn u….unless u know ur body, know what u can take without adverse side affects, please consult a doctor be4 trying any substance, over the counter or by word of mouth……

man this **** is the dopest I’ve used!, try tasting Orange flavor or fruit punch…it will shoot ur workouts in2 hyper drive! be sure 2 have ample amount of water in system.
I’ve taken this product with great reviews and can only say…wow….other people here on the body space connection can attest 2 what I am saying,…sometimes I feel as though I’m just a pawn of the iron if I don’t have my bottle of this supper ****!!! When using this product, everyone is different and I like 2 push the envelope, I take sometimes at least 3 scoops and stack it with Plasma jet,..be warned….drink plenty of water, 4 my best results I make sure I keep my diet kinda clean, that means if I wanna’ looked super jacked, I will eat cleaner than the norm 2 have that ripped look.

this stuff is wicked! take it at least 2hours prior 2 ur workout!  Of course u can take it 30mins prior, but 2 get the fullest effect possible, 2hrs at least is the best response ur body will get from it.
When I feel froggy as mentioned above, this adds 2 the mental images that I crush when it comes 2 the workouts that I will engage…..I feel stronger, bigger and faster….sure the taste is somewhat so so, but that all the while amplifies my hunger 4 the pump, 4which we all know aides in the muscle growth.
The only set back is u can only take 4, 4 days a week, a box is a months supply….

the realist sh*t I ever wrote…..

Since I have a fan who likes 2 say things about me and not know the whole score,…well I have 2 say ah f*cku….
you see people, He said once, no twice if I’m right, he  said I’ll be nothing more than a PERSONAL TRAINER
because of the way I speak and write…..
HE dogged me out without even knowing the full scope of things, took a one sided approach, said things like HE’s a user, he’s no good for you, you could do better….well my bald headed lord of the rings friend, if you knew both sides of the story instead of one, and trying to get into some panties you’d know the whole story,…you CLAIM to be smarter than me,…..have a better job than me,….so what? I help people, what you do again?

I does as a living, not by choice but a NEED to help others…don’t know what you’ve been told and don’t really care,…if you are going to dogged me out, at least get the facts right and stop JOCKING my page…..
I mean come on…..you know, that I know you said I look good…..so stop fronting and dogging me…..If need be, I will post them and set you afire .

I was at the NYSC in HARLEm, ih yea’ you don’t go there you just told some women you did, and got them all drooling over you, "MAYBE we COULD workout together" is what they say….or, leaving comments on your page.

Fine and dandy, just remember, I did ask you nicely to leave me alone and you kept hounding me, those things I will not get into…..and you know why….I AINT no thug, but don’t push me…..

Would be nice if you knew both sides of the story instead of playing the JUDGE and JUDGING me…only GOD can JUDGE me……maybe you would’nt have said all the things you about me if you knew the TRUTH.

my back workout

here is my workout that I did with Linda….
close grip v bar pull ups with 45lbs plate 2 sets 5-10 reps
v bar t bar rows working up 2 4, 45 lbs plates  4-8 eps

dumbbell pull overs  100lbs dumbbell 2 sets 4-8 reps
straight arms pull downs with rope attachment 100 lbs 20 reps  2 sets

behind the neck pull downs 2 sets 50-70lbs 2 sets 20 reps

this is what I did, as 4 the weight….

a in the house

A lot can be said on me being MIA…..and 4 that I’m sorry…..I’m sorry 2 LL MY BODYSPACE FRIENDS AND RICHARD who was waiting on me 2 send in some more video footage 4 the series…..
alot has transpired, alot of it was health reasons,…(nothing 2 do with roids) i was and still am natural.
alot was mental……and alot was emotional…not gon air out dirty laundry ….
im in a better place and time now….my health is better my head is better and im all around better.
1. I had nerve damage in my right elbow that hendered  my workouts 4 about 3 months
2. money issues
3. and my focus was not there…..

Im in a new place, had 2 get rid of the old race (not my background) and kept the face…..
Im still training, and still personal training, now more so online…I have some things in the oven that are cooking, and hopefully with the powers that be….a new series,…IE richard….(please)

I know my last series was so so..no talking…no structure but that will change.

what is life without the grey?

a resign 2 the notion that life is a potion that has it’s mixes of textures and whatever…..
there r way 2 many ups and downs 4 one person 2 carry.
heed my words my friends….2 much is goin on and we dont even know it….life is like a mix bowl of fruit….each one has it’s own taste and feel. 2many of us here has had 2 eat a bad piece of fruit only2 walk away with a bad taste in the mouth….
dont take life 4 granted……4 u never know what piece of fruit u may come up with……
the sun still shines and we can still get up with it, whether we can see it or not.

(fruit is a saying of be careful of what u pick up)

whatever ails u, try 2 see something good about anything…anything at all 4 life was meant 4 happiness not sorrow, when there is a new life it is exciting! as so everyday even though it has it’s ups and downs…..i speak from experience.
when 1 door closes, another opens….it’s just that simple…..there was light in the beginning and always will be…..

but last nite wasn’t 2 great either, i got a last min bouncer gig, that had me home round 5 something….was up round 630am
cant say y, but i was….i feel like crap, but im still here
planning my nxt move, it involves bill grant and a supplement company i may b working with

grab ur IRON MAN, or FLEX magazine and slurp away, only 2 feel the urge 2 go online and jump on bodyspace, 4 the latest profiles, workout series or just 2 see who looks like what…and then and only, even 4 a split second, U R HARDCORE!!!!!!
