Goodbye…..its been a cool ride

Time has shown that not everything is all about self expression…u tend 2 lose sight of what’s in front of u…..my time here has runs its courseno more video series, y I dont know, things has changed so much here on bodyspace, it seems that this site is a virus, and i mean that in a good way, this site just  seems 2 be growing and growing everyday and new and upcoming STARS r on the rise.
CONGRATS 2 each and everyone who has reached their goals in one form or another, u should b proud….
u’ve all taken ur self way beyond what anyone  could have expected.

BIG RAF of the GMU (get massive unit) is gonna make a mark next year! u’ll see…I’ve given him a new workout and it will change after thanksgiving, his hunger 4 1st place will b a short grasp away!

GO GETTER, Crisha, girl, u’ll reach ur goals sooner than u think! and ur new workout will b coming soon!

like i said b4 i was sidetracked, ive been here since 2007,….i think, thats a long time, and this site just keep showing new faces and new people who want 2 track their progress, but what we dont see much of are the people who are 2 shy 2 put up pics,
u see it doesnt matter, we all came from the 1st step 2 where we are now….everyone should say hi 2 those who have just started and encourage them along…its not about how popular u r…..or the top profiles or profile pics.

its about us,….
lest we 4get about the petty jealousy that gets sparked round here, we are all here 4 the same common goal,
STRIVING TO BE THE BEST THAT WE CAN ALL BE

letter 2 my unborn child…..

this past week ive had 2 deal with death,….alot of it…and not sure which way 2 turn…..
dealing with past deaths that haunt me, and present deaths….2 in a week
its hard 2 keep focus on whats what…….

this week has made me re think alot of things, wether 2 keep this page or not,
things havent turned out like i would have liked them 2….not 2 sure about another video series, have not heard anything 2wards the questions i have asked

training people is not panning out, temp jobs arent either
when faced with death u get thoughts going thru ur mind, whats important and what isnt.

this past year and a half has been rough, 2much 2 deal with, but i did anyway
what do i keep, what do i let go of……

Smith machine flat bench press

Decline barbell bench press

Cable flyz:
70lbs 20 reps

110lbs 12 reps

Time permitting:
Forearms:
Wrist rolls for inner forearms
