here is my workout that I did with Linda….
close grip v bar pull ups with 45lbs plate 2 sets 5-10 reps
v bar t bar rows working up 2 4, 45 lbs plates 4-8 eps
dumbbell pull overs 100lbs dumbbell 2 sets 4-8 reps
straight arms pull downs with rope attachment 100 lbs 20 reps 2 sets
behind the neck pull downs 2 sets 50-70lbs 2 sets 20 reps
this is what I did, as 4 the weight….
