after a hefty lay off due 2 health,personal demons and other things i had 2 and still deal with….the exodus has begun….

my weight is coming back up, i am now in the range of 218-220lbs, still clean and my hunger that had left is coming back.

my health had taken a rather deep curve a few months ago…and kept curving downward….the type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure had taken its toll. i lost the moto 2 get back in the gym and eat…its been hard 2 eat not knowing if something is gonna drop ur sugar levels down or spike ur blood pressure….stress played a huge part of it, i lost my grandmother and that didnt help, have an aunt who wants 2 take my mother 2 court over things that were left 2 me, dont really care bout them, the fact that my mother has 2 endure such lame problems from my aunt, and uncle.
on the bright side, my brother has a new son and my nephew has a daughter ….kinda weird, but nice.
i come back here and still see people with fake profiles up …what is the deal with that? whatever…
im back and with that being said…..let the baker bake the bread, not the barber, it’ll just taste better, knamean…..
