…here it is folks,…it’s one of those dayz, did legs yesterday and still feel it, and the way I feel is… was the AC  on, if so…but 2 what degree?
Last time I did legs, I felt the same way, the only difference yesterday was, I did’nt squat till I puked.
I took it ez, so I still feel alittle weird.  I manned up, hope fully if I edited the video right and the crew here on bodyspace can take the vids 4 my series, U’ll see the workout.
Let’s hope I did it right.

So my diet is going well, I had 2 cut back on the super shakes I’ve been making…..started 2 gain alittle 2 fast….
so 2shakes mayb one, depending on how I feel….still sticking with it though.
I’m weighing 220lbs as of 2day.

Hello people, I’m back,
Here is 1 pic of me from my show last weekend…..
I know I was’nt at the top of my game, I could have and should have looked better….looking back at these pics, I wonder, how could I have gone up on that stage not being 100%?
his is what I get from a yo yo diet.
I had been dieting way b4 june 28th…..up and down….now I know better.
"if it aint broke, don’t fix it"
I should have not gone off the diet, well at least much as I did.
I feel Like I let awhole lot of you down, and Kat.

I can do better, and I will next time. I will be bigger and better.

starting this Monday, my diet will be changed, 4 the better.

Upon waking up…within 15mins
6:45am-7:ooam
1 whey protein shake with flax seed
1 cup of grits

9:00am
3 egg whites
with chicken

4 oz of low fat milk
2 Activite from MHP
6 mass amino’s by Beverly international

10:30 am

Animal Pak-M-stack
5 Altered  State from Muscle Asylum Project
5 Trena from FAST ACTION

11:30-11.45am
workout
half way thru the workout

1:00 pm

turkey burger no bun
cloe slaw

1 banana
handful of almonds

depending on what day it is and what I get home
let’s say I get home around 9:00pm

1 pound of ground turkey meat
and
my weight gain cocktail

4 scoops
1 pack of instant oat meal
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of flax seed
1 cup of OJ
1 1/2 cup of milk

and on days I don’t workout
Friday-sunday

With the way my diet will be going I will be back 2 where I was be4 if not better
I beat myself up pretty bad this year with trying out new workouts (see my videos)
and changing my diets.
so now I will have 2 rebuild me..lol
This past show was a eye opener i was still holding water and I couldn’t get rid of it….
oh well
live and learn.

Ok, I’m back, yet again….as some of u know, I was going 2 do a show last week, the garden states….
needless 2 say, it did’nt fly 2 well.
the old saying, "if it ain’t broke….don’t fix it"
Well that’s what happened. It started when I was getting ready 2 do a june 28th show,….I started my diet 2moths b4 that…
and changed my diet as well. Now some of u don’t know what it is that I do when preparing 4 a show….
I normally start out 2weeks prior 2, just cutting out my dairy and that was it, kept my workouts H.I.T
High Intensed  Training! Not any of the stuff I did in previous videos…..superstets yes, triple and quadruple sets?Nah….I changed everything up so I could come in ripped and hard….I messed up by changing this formula…I shoulda stayed where I was around 225lbs
but U live and learn! Not anger over here…..no regrets, do u know why? It’s cuz I’ve learned something….I can do more when it comes 2 training….I can do cardio workouts 2 the max just like H.I.T…. I pushed myself further than I’ve ever done so b4…..I went from 235-240lbs 2 where I competed at 199 1/2 lbs
2 weeks prior, I was stuck at 212lb, I could’nt go up or down….nothing would change….Only because I changed the formula…so I decided 2 go back 2 the drawing board and try 2 fix what went wrong.
I did so and what happened? I went down 2
199lbs.
I broke the record of bad timing and what not……lol
this is my lowest body weight in 2 years….the lowest weight I completed was 180lbs…..so u do the math…lol
needless 2 say…I’m pleased with my placing…well deserved. Everyone I competed with was a true champion in their own rite.

To everybody who competed…CONGRATULATIONS!
Looking 4ward 2 seeing u all again in the future!

55.5 azifukared live! the week b4 garden states july 6th 2:17pm

ok, some of u may know, I’m doing the garden state july 12th.
NOt sure what what class i’ll be in…currently weighing 215lbs I think….holding some water.
this past week was ruff,….getting a stomach thing,……squating till I puked!
really, doing legs and cont. doing my workout…..then back….felling woozy like a somebody kicked me where I keep my prize possessions lol
that set me back a few days…where I had no choice but 2 go off my diet, so I could recover and not feel like I was gonna puke anything I ate,….I didnt stray from my diet,…just had 2 be careful.

it is now sunday, july 6th….watching the mr. 0 2007…..My buddy victor was robbed, in my opinion….dont get me wrong. jay’s a great person,bodybuilder,…even he knew he was off.
anyway….hopefully soon my series will come out,….late due 2 me, personal issues and work delaying time, plus this new version of movie maker i have on my laptop.

Back 2 the show, i’m rambling on….215lbs is where I am i think….hopefully not more, then I;ll be competing in the super heavy weight class …hopefully my weight willbe down and I can do the heavyweight class.
This week I will be a biatch! no carbs 4 at least 2 days, getting rid of extra water
then BANG BOOM!
slowly carb up…who knows…with the carb up, I may be in super heavyweight class.
I’ma keep my fingers crossed.

Here is a video inwhich I did my last semi heavy leg workout on what I call the beast.
Hitting hams and glutes, if you’ll notice….in this video, I try 2 keep good form and you can SEE what weight I’m using, be it lite weight or not. I think if you post or do videos…let the people see what weight that you are doing, it gives the wrong impression to those who THINK that if you’re doing a certain weight, they can do their own. Let everyone see what you’re doing….light weight or not…..I know if I saw someone doing a workout….andI wanna try it….what weight should I use? I cant tell cuz I CANT SEE IT!
Anywho…next rant will be coming soon, another post.

just cuz you workout, it doen’st mean YOU should, or have to a bodybuilding,figure or fitness show.
Only if you want, not cuz somebody says you should.
Or take supplements cuz they take them,….they are just pushing them……do whats right for you!
