I know I was’nt at the top of my game, I could have and should have looked better….looking back at these pics, I wonder, how could I have gone up on that stage not being 100%?
his is what I get from a yo yo diet.
I had been dieting way b4 june 28th…..up and down….now I know better.

I should have not gone off the diet, well at least much as I did.
I feel Like I let awhole lot of you down, and Kat.

I can do better, and I will next time. I will be bigger and better.
starting this Monday, my diet will be changed, 4 the better.

3 egg whites
with chicken
4 oz of low fat milk

With the way my diet will be going I will be back 2 where I was be4 if not better
I beat myself up pretty bad this year with trying out new workouts (see my videos)
and changing my diets.
so now I will have 2 rebuild me..lol
This past show was a eye opener i was still holding water and I couldn’t get rid of it….
oh well
live and learn.
