First off….before I start, I want to thank my huge fan base of fans….I think there are maybe 3 fans out there who support me! Yep you read right, 3! woohoo!

Ok food for thought, I’m with a client today,….he wants to build up his legs, (needs to)
he has a show coming up on the 28th…..can he do it? Some may beg to differ…..he’s about 180 I’m guessing…for someone on a strict diet, he way too happy….his legs has to be around 20inches,….I’m guessing and he’s about 5′7.

I’ve been giving him workouts to do, and I find out from a guy who works at the gym, he tells me,….."yo holmes, the dude you been training….he don’t workout very hard…"
Oh really I say……

Ok, he comes strollin’ in, late as always…..I ask, how he was and he’s smiling….(never smile when a trainer asks you that, it’s a reason behind it)

I tell him, bro you’re gonna’ bust your legs today,…today you will lose a fight in prison cuz of it…..his face changed, I thought he was gonna’ cry….lol

I  have him doin’ one of my workouts for legs……you may call me "sith lord"
I’ve been called that before…..

the workout went as follow:
(mind you….don’t try this unless you have a barf bag, and plenty of water)

1. Hack Squats  3 sets 20 reps  120lbs  narrow stance for width of the legs
2. Hack Squats  3 sets 20 reps  140lbs  wide stance for inner legs and under lying butt
3. Hack Squats  2 sets 10 reps  140lbs  narrow…only this time, hold at the bottom 4 3 secs and push half way up
to increase the pump,….and force him to learn how to control his muscles, and  to keep his abs tight.

In between number’s 2 and 3,….he did walking lunges 25 paces for times with 10lbs in each hand before finishing off with number 3.

Now it’s time to see if he got game…to see if he can play b-ball…..
I had him hold 35lb dumbbells in each hand and do squat jumps, all the way down and jump for 10 reps  3 sets

He’s Hispanic, don’t think he’ll be dancing anytime soon
lol

Off to do sliding leg press…..150lbs 20 reps to pump up his teardrops…the ones by his knees people, he did’nt cry….lol

2 sets of these before the onslaught of leg ext.

Normally I do these first, If you’ve seen my videos, I always start off with legs ext.
Today he started off with bodyweight squats  50 reps no squeezing just up and down.
Now to leg ext.
1. 150 close for the main tear drop over the knee, 20 reps
2. 150 wide with toes out and partial reps for the main area of the thigh where you get the separation,…

hamstrings he did on his own.

He has 2 do legs 3 times nxt week, calves and abs…no upper body,….the nxt week is only squeezing and no more legs. upper body mon and tues. the rest of the week he poses..cardio if he needs it, and it should be light.

this workout with me, just doing the quads…30 mins
his walking funny  the whole workout
the look on his face like somebody said  "INS"  priceless
lol
