The time has come 2 re-confirm my goals….with the ones I call my friends, the ones who come by 2 check me out and the ones, well "U" know who "U" r.

My next goal is next april….I’m officially throwing in my towel….next april will b the countdown of who I am
what I’ve been busting a nut 4….goin thru the mind trips and body aches!
I have found the comany 2 take me there….their products will enable me 2 push further than I have b4.
I have 2 admit, I do love the surge of "300" power and the inhuman pumps I endore while working out, but the after effect is what does me in.

This concludes my thought 4 the past month or so, the "100’s" aint shit no more,….so I uped the ante….400-500 reps per workout…that was the kicker! I got my groove on…it’s not just about doing that many reps as many think…..no my friend, it’s all in how u do the reps.
Sure anybody can do the reps…when u put the rest of ur body n2 it.
Not me……I want what I came 2 the gym 4, POWER…DENSE MUSCLES, THE PUMP…..the iron is my friend, and my worst enemy…..it mocks me but calls my name….strange 2 say where u can understand where I am coming from.

I dont even have 2 diet 2 hard with this type of mind set, ‘cuz im there and will b more so come next april.

I wanna hurt the iron that gives me so much pain and pleasure, i have a new drive now, more potent than b4

Every week I will have some new vids up, since I dont have my own "offical " body space video series…I’ll have 2 make my own.

I’ve had some set backs, which only will make me stronger…..extra work is the killer, but i will destroy myself just 2 re build myself and I welcome all who want 2 go along 4 the ride!
